Ticketing system

One ticketing system for your events, from announcement to door.

Create an event, set up your ticket types, sell from your own shop and scan your guests in — without handing your audience, your brand or your money to someone else.

  • Unlimited events and ticket types
  • €0.25 per paid ticket, free tickets cost nothing
  • No subscription and no setup fee

What you manage

Everything around one event, in one place

An event is more than a date and a price. This is what you set up, and what you can still change afterwards.

Event details and schedule

Name, description, venue, address and capacity, plus start and end time, doors open and the sales window. Times always show in your own timezone, so a clock change is never a surprise.

Ticket types with their own rules

Each type gets a price, a quantity, a minimum and maximum per order and its own sales window. Open an early round, hold part of the room back and close the till when you decide to.

Draft, publish and cancel

An event waits as a draft until you publish it. If it has to be called off, cancelling releases the reservations, stops the QR codes and queues an email to every ticket holder.

Orders and customer details

Per order you see who bought, what was paid, which tickets went out and whether the email arrived. Bounces are listed, so a wrong address shows up before the doors open.

Roles for your team

An event manager builds events, a door steward only scans, and finance sees the numbers. Everybody sees what belongs to their role and nothing beyond it.

Reporting per event

Revenue, tickets sold, what is left, the split per ticket type and how many guests are inside — in one view, during the sale and during the night itself.

What it looks like

EventTixBeam Demo NightFri 14 Nov · 21:00 · Amsterdam
On sale
Sold728 / 1,000
  • Early bird · €12.50150 / 150
  • Regular · €17.50512 / 600

Every ticket type carries its own quantity, price and sales window.

One event with three ticket types. The bar is the capacity of the room, not the sum of your hopes.

In practice

From empty screen to selling, in four steps

01

Create the event

Fill in the basics: name, description, venue and capacity. The link to your event is generated for you and never changes afterwards, so it is safe to share.

02

Add ticket types

Set a price and a quantity per type. The ticket types together cannot exceed the capacity of the room — the system tells you before you publish, not after.

03

Publish

Add a cover image and put the event live. Your shop runs on your own address, so the link goes straight into your announcement.

04

Sell and scan

Follow the sale in your overview and scan on the night with the phones your team already carries. Afterwards the settlement for that event is waiting for you.

Example

A club night with three ticket types

What an ordinary night looks like in the system: one event, three types, each with its own window.

Room capacity600
Early bird · €12.50150 tickets, on sale until one week before
Regular · €17.50400 tickets, max. 6 per order
Door · €20.0050 tickets, on sale from 21:00

What you pay in platform fees depends only on what sells: €0.25 per paid ticket, whatever that ticket costs.

Questions we get

Can I run several events at the same time?
Yes. The number of events is not capped and they stay separate: their own ticket types, their own sales window, their own reporting. Your overview shows them side by side.
What happens if an event is called off?
You cancel it from the event itself. Open reservations are released immediately, the QR codes that already went out stop working, and every ticket holder gets an email with the reason you give.
Can I run the ticketing system on my own domain?
Yes. Your shop runs on your-name.tixbeam.com by default and you can point your own domain at it. The links you share stay yours.
