For bingo nights

Your audience pays at the door. The paperwork does not have to suffer for it.

Bingo runs on regulars and cash. TixBeam lets people hold a seat in advance and your volunteers settle up in the hall, without a notebook and without two people on one chair.

What a bingo night needs

Built for a room you know by name.

Reserving without paying online

Anyone who would rather not pay by card holds a seat online and settles in the hall. The ticket is only created once the money is on the table.

No account, no app

Name, email address, number of seats. That is the whole reservation — including for visitors who do not arrange things online every day.

A waitlist for the full nights

When the hall is full, people sign up. If somebody drops out, the first in line is automatically offered that seat.

Volunteers at the door

Your host scans with her own phone and sees only the scanning screen: no revenue, no addresses, no settings to nudge out of place.

A typical setup

Every last Friday, the same arrangement.

How a community hall keeps a monthly bingo night running without paperwork.

  1. Create an event per night with the capacity of the hall
  2. Add one ticket type for entry, and a second for an extra round of cards if you sell one
  3. Turn on paying at the venue with the hall as the payment location
  4. Turn on a waitlist for the ticket type that always fills up
  5. Close the cash settlement after the night, so the till and the system say the same thing
