Fictional shop. Colour, name and logo only change this example; no real order.

01

Help visitors recognise your organisation

The ticket shop is part of your event. TixBeam supports a logo, primary colour, background and button shape. Align them with your website and campaign so visitors recognise the same organiser while selecting tickets and checking out. The studio illustrates that consistency with fictional data and never changes a real organisation.

Check the identity on a phone as well.

02

Do not rely on colour alone

Distinctive colour helps, but clear offers and readable controls matter more than matching a swatch exactly. Check text, field labels and the logo against your background. A transparent logo can disappear on a different surface. These example palettes use a contrasting text colour; keep the real payment journey just as understandable.

Use a sharp logo and sufficient contrast.

03

Align the organisation page and ticket offer

Ticket-shop settings also include copy and practical contact information. Keep the title, introduction and event description consistent. Identify the organiser, explain admission and provide a contact. A custom domain is a separate setting: changing branding does not automatically change the shop address. Follow the related domain guide for that setup.

Check logo, description and contact information together.

04

Test before sharing the new identity

Inspect the event page, selection and checkout using your identity. Make a test-mode booking and open the confirmation on a phone. Apple Wallet branding has separate settings and platform constraints; it is not a freely designed web page. Check each visitor touchpoint instead of assuming every image and colour is applied identically everywhere.

Test the complete visitor journey before publishing.
