AI-assisted event management

Available now

Build an event with AI. Keep the publish button.

Connect your AI assistant to TixBeam through the Model Context Protocol. Turn a brief into an event draft, refine ticket types and prepare publication — while your team stays in control.

Example instruction
Create a draft for our Friday club night, add an early-bird and regular ticket, then prepare it for review.

Draft prepared. Nothing has been published.

Brief to event draft

Fast where it should be. Deliberate where it matters.

The assistant can do the repetitive setup work. Publishing remains a separate, authenticated action inside TixBeam.

  1. Give your brief

Describe the event, schedule, sales period and ticket structure in natural language.

  2. Review the draft

The assistant creates or updates a draft only within the connected organization and shows what changed.

  3. Confirm in TixBeam

An authorized team member checks the details and explicitly publishes from the secure workspace.

Choose the right access

Read-only for insight. Draft-write for preparation.

01

Read-only

Let an assistant inspect organization, event, ticket and order summaries without changing anything.

  • Useful for questions and reporting
  • No changes to event data
  • Organization-scoped access

Control by design

Your assistant gets a key, not the master key.

MCP access follows the same tenant and role boundaries as the TixBeam workspace.

01

Scoped per organization

A token can reach one organization only. Every write checks the user's current role again.

02

Revocable and visible

Administrators can see token type, last use and expiry, and can revoke access immediately.

03

No sensitive operations

Draft-write does not expose attendee data, payments, refunds, scans or destructive event actions.

04

Safe retries

Idempotency prevents a repeated request from creating duplicate drafts or ticket types.

Connect in minutes

One endpoint, one scoped token

Create an MCP token in your organization settings and add these details to a compatible assistant.

MCP endpoint
https://app.tixbeam.com/api/mcp
Authentication
Authorization: Bearer <your token>
  1. 1

Open AI & MCP integration in your TixBeam organization.

  2. 2

Choose read-only or draft-write access and create a token.

  3. 3

Add the endpoint and token to your compatible MCP client.

  4. 4

Start with a draft and review every result in TixBeam.

A clear publication boundary

AI prepares. Your team decides.

The assistant will never publish on its own. It can prepare a time-limited publication request, but an authorized person must confirm it inside TixBeam. If the draft changes, the earlier request becomes invalid.

Questions about MCP

What organizers need to know

What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open way for compatible AI assistants to use clearly defined tools from services such as TixBeam.
Can AI publish an event automatically?
No. The assistant can prepare a publication request, but an authorized person must review and confirm it inside TixBeam.
Which team members can use draft-write access?
Organization owners, administrators and team members with current event-management permission can use draft-write tools.
Can the integration access ticket buyers or payments?
No. The draft-write toolset is limited to event drafts and ticket types. It does not expose attendees, payments, refunds or scan data.
Can I revoke an MCP connection?
Yes. Organization administrators can revoke a token immediately and can see when it was last used and when it expires.
