Event details and schedule
Name, description, venue, address and capacity, plus start and end time, doors open and the sales window. Times always show in your own timezone, so a clock change is never a surprise.
Ticketing system
Create an event, set up your ticket types, sell from your own shop and scan your guests in — without handing your audience, your brand or your money to someone else.
What you manage
An event is more than a date and a price. This is what you set up, and what you can still change afterwards.
Name, description, venue, address and capacity, plus start and end time, doors open and the sales window. Times always show in your own timezone, so a clock change is never a surprise.
Each type gets a price, a quantity, a minimum and maximum per order and its own sales window. Open an early round, hold part of the room back and close the till when you decide to.
An event waits as a draft until you publish it. If it has to be called off, cancelling releases the reservations, stops the QR codes and queues an email to every ticket holder.
Per order you see who bought, what was paid, which tickets went out and whether the email arrived. Bounces are listed, so a wrong address shows up before the doors open.
An event manager builds events, a door steward only scans, and finance sees the numbers. Everybody sees what belongs to their role and nothing beyond it.
Revenue, tickets sold, what is left, the split per ticket type and how many guests are inside — in one view, during the sale and during the night itself.
Ticketing system
Every ticket type carries its own quantity, price and sales window.
In practice
01
Fill in the basics: name, description, venue and capacity. The link to your event is generated for you and never changes afterwards, so it is safe to share.
02
Set a price and a quantity per type. The ticket types together cannot exceed the capacity of the room — the system tells you before you publish, not after.
03
Add a cover image and put the event live. Your shop runs on your own address, so the link goes straight into your announcement.
04
Follow the sale in your overview and scan on the night with the phones your team already carries. Afterwards the settlement for that event is waiting for you.
Example
What an ordinary night looks like in the system: one event, three types, each with its own window.
What you pay in platform fees depends only on what sells: €0.25 per paid ticket, whatever that ticket costs.
