Online ticket sales

Sell tickets online under your own name.

Your audience buys in a shop that looks like your event, pays through your own payment provider and has a ticket with a QR code in their inbox within a minute.

  • Your own logo, colours and domain
  • Payments straight into your own account
  • Tickets by email, with a QR code

What your audience sees

A checkout that does not scare anyone off

Half the drop-off happens in the last two screens. This is what happens there.

A shop in your own house style

Logo, accent colour, background and the roundness of the buttons are yours to set. Your audience recognises your event, not the platform underneath it.

Buying without an account

Name, email address, number of tickets, pay. No registration, no password, no confirmation mail that has to be opened first.

Tickets held during checkout

The moment someone starts the checkout, their tickets are held for them. Two buyers cannot fight over the same last ticket, and an abandoned order releases the seats by itself.

Your own payment provider

The payment runs through your own account with the provider, so the money is on your balance — not on a middleman's account you have to claim it from later.

Ticket with a QR code by email

After payment the ticket goes out immediately, with a QR code that works exactly once. Per order you can see whether that email arrived.

Selling on your own site

If you would rather keep buying inside your own website, the same sales screen goes into your page as a widget.

How a sale runs

From click to ticket

01

Your audience opens your shop

Through the link you shared, or the widget on your own site. Everything is on your address, so the link in your announcement stays yours.

02

Choosing tickets

The buyer picks a type and a quantity, within the minimum and maximum you set. Sold-out types say so up front, instead of disappointing at the end.

03

Paying

The payment runs through your provider. If it succeeds the order is done; if it is abandoned, the held tickets come back on sale within minutes.

04

Ticket in the inbox

The buyer gets the ticket with its QR code, you see the order appear in your overview, and the revenue joins your reporting.

Example

A sold-out night of 400 tickets

What is left of an average night, with €0.25 in platform fees per paid ticket.

400 tickets at €22.50€9,000.00
Platform fee (400 × €0.25)€100.00
Your payment provider's feeDirectly with your provider
Into your account€8,900.00 minus your provider's fee

Free tickets cost nothing, and a cancelled or refunded order has its platform fee corrected.

Questions we get

When do I get the money from my ticket sales?
We never hold it. The payment runs through your own account with your payment provider, so payouts follow the schedule you agreed with them.
Can I hand out free tickets?
Yes. Set the price to zero and the ticket goes through the same checkout with the same QR code. Free tickets do not count towards the platform fee.
What happens when someone abandons a payment?
The held tickets are released automatically and go straight back on sale. There is nothing for you to clean up.
