Your payment provider
Their own transaction cost
You keep your own contract and rate with your provider. TixBeam does not mark it up.

Are free tickets charged?
No. A ticket with a price of zero costs you nothing, so guest lists, press tickets and invitations stay free.
Who pays the fee, me or my buyer?
That is your decision. You can absorb the fee in your ticket price or show it as a service fee at checkout.
What about refunds?
When you refund a ticket, the buyer gets their money back through your own payment provider. Refunded tickets are not counted as sold.
Is there a minimum or a contract?
No minimum volume, no minimum term. If you do not run an event this month, you pay nothing this month.
