About TixBeam

Ticketing built from the organizer's side.

TixBeam started from a simple observation: the party that takes the most risk on an event usually has the least control over its ticketing.

Organizers book the room, pay the artist and carry the risk. Yet on most ticketing platforms the money arrives late, the audience belongs to someone else and the shop carries a logo that is not theirs.

TixBeam is built the other way around. The ticket money moves through the organizer's own payment provider account. The shop carries the organizer's brand on the organizer's domain. The buyer data belongs to the organization that sold the ticket.

What is left for us is the part software should actually do: make selling clear, keep capacity honest, and make sure the door works when a queue is waiting outside.

What we hold to

Four decisions we do not trade away.

The organizer is the merchant

We never sit between you and your ticket revenue. Payments run through your provider account, not a platform balance.

Boring where it counts

Pricing, capacity and ticket validation are calculated on the server. Predictability beats cleverness at the door.

Access is explicit

Roles, tenant isolation and audit logging are part of the foundation, not a feature we sell separately.

No dark patterns

No surprise service fees appearing at the last step, no upsells sold in your name, no marketing to your audience.

Where we are

Early, on purpose.

TixBeam is a young platform and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.

  • We work closely with a small group of organizers while the platform grows
  • The roadmap is shaped by the events actually running on it
  • If something is not built yet, we will tell you before you sign up
