1. Necessary storage

Without your consent, TixBeam uses only functional cookies and comparable storage needed for sign-in, session security and checkout. These do not require cookie consent, but we still explain what they do here.

2. Google Analytics 4 after consent

On tixbeam.com we use Google Analytics 4 only after your explicit consent to understand which pages are visited and how the marketing site is used. Before you make that choice, we do not load the Google tag or send analytics data to Google.

After consent, Google Analytics may set host-only cookies including _ga and a property-specific _ga_ cookie. They are not shared with organizer subdomains and expire no later than one year after your first consent. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, receipt tokens, order or ticket numbers as analytics properties.

3. Ticket shops

An organizer's ticket shop does not use Google Analytics. Functional cookies and comparable storage keep a checkout working, for example to hold a reservation together while an order is completed. These are necessary for the service you asked for.

4. Backoffice and scanner

The organizer backoffice and scanner do not use Google Analytics. They use functional cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your session. Without them you could not stay logged in.

5. What we do not use

• No advertising or retargeting cookies
• No cross-site tracking of your visitors
• No selling or sharing of audience data with third parties

6. Managing cookies

You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page on tixbeam.com. If you then reject analytics, we stop Google Analytics and remove the Google Analytics cookies readable on our domain. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking functional cookies will stop parts of the platform from working, such as staying signed in or completing a checkout.
