An order confirmation is not always a ticket
After successful online payment, TixBeam can prepare tickets and their email. An unpaid venue-payment reservation instead needs a reservation confirmation with payment information, without a QR ticket yet. The preview shows the distinction using a fictional recipient and order. Its send control never sends an actual email or changes a real delivery status.
Check which confirmation belongs to each order state.
Make practical information easy to find
Use a recognisable subject, correct event name and useful instructions. Date, venue, ticket quantity and a clear private link support preparation. Organisation email settings and copy are available, but email is a different channel from a website. Check the final message on a phone rather than relying only on text inside an editor.
Complete a test booking and open its confirmation.
Check delivery before resending
Queued does not necessarily mean delivered. Review the order, email address and available delivery information before responding to a visitor. Repeated sends will not fix a typo or blocked message. Use the available ticket-resend action when appropriate. This demo only acknowledges a local simulation and never pretends to have reached an inbox.
Check address and order state before resending.
Keep ticket links and QR codes private
Ticket emails contain admission information. Do not publish their private links or QR codes, and avoid real visitor tickets in promotional material. The ticket journey can offer Add to Apple Wallet when Wallet is available. Review the order when helping someone who lost their email. Manual check-in remains a separate, deliberate action on the correct ticket.
Use fictional tickets in public examples.
